Return Policy

Return Time frame

We offer a 14 Day D.O.A warranty if an item does not arrive in fully functional order. We will refund the buyer 100%. We must receive your return within 14 days of you receiving your RMA Number. If not, you will be charged the cost of any replacement items sent, the RMA will be closed, and we won’t be able to process your refund.

Restocking Fee

If the item does not fix the issue or you determine you don’t need it anymore you may return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase with a 20% restocking fee, buyer pays return shipping.

Defective Parts

Any defective product will be replaced within the warranty period only after receipt of the defective product.

Warranty Stickers

Products returned must have all warranty stickers intact and not be tampered with. Any evidence of tampering with the product or warranty sticker will void the warranty.

Complete Return Policy

An item purchased from us may be returned for a refund within 14 days of its delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and untampered with.

If you are experiencing issues with the item you have received please contact us via phone or e-mail before returning the item for help troubleshooting.

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via phone or e-mail to receive an RMA number. Returns that do not have an RMA number cannot be processed.

If the item you have purchased arrived damaged,  you have received the incorrect part, or the part has been found to be defective after installation and we have confirmed you have ordered the correct part, there will not be a restocking fee for your return. All other items returned will inquire a 20% restocking fee.

 We do not provide return shipping labels. However, if it is found that the part you received is defective or that we shipped you the wrong part we will reimburse up to $15.00 for shipping cost with a valid receipt. Keep in mind USPS first class or Priority will be the cheapest way to return a part to us.

If the wrong TV part is returned to us we will not be able to process your refund. If this happens we will contact you and let you know we have received the incorrect part. You will have 14 days from the time we contact you to return the correct part to us. If the correct part is not returned no refund or credit will be given. We will not inquire shipping cost to return parts back to you that were shipped to un in error.

Keep in mind each part we sell has a unique tamper proof sticker on it. It needs to be intact and not tampered with to receive a refund.

Shipping Methods

Products that you purchase from Midwest TV Parts will be shipped from Indiana either USPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise previously discussed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Items shipped from our warehouse are individually wrapped and secured in a sturdy box. All circuit boards will be shipped in anti-static bags. We take special care in packing to make sure products arrive to you in the same condition they left us in. Large shipping

Larger items will ship out via FedEx Smart Post or FedEx Ground.

Tracking

Tracking on all orders will be emailed once your item ships.

Are you a DIY kind of guy? We are happy to help as long as you are purchasing your products from us. Please call us Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm. If you email us outside of our business hours we will return your message the next business day. We are a full-service TV repair facility and we know and understand TV parts. We will do our best to help guide you in the right direction and attempt to help you diagnose your TV. Keep in mind since we don’t have the TV in our shop and you may not have the correct testing tools we can only work off of the symptoms of the TV and our prior knowledge and experience.
